- Do you have strong people fighting together for a great cause and an enduring impact?
- Are you able to lead them in a way that focuses all of their efforts on the people and need you serve?
- Or, are your great warriors focusing their efforts on weaknesses internally?
An organization that has a Purpose worth fighting for will require warriors that can endure the hardships, enemies and barriers that must be overcome to achieve the impact for the communities in which they serve.
However, “the fight” must stay focused externally! We must fight with each other, not against!!!!!
