Someone was chosen; someone had to walk the long path; someone had to sacrifice time with family and maybe a business, someone who knew Jesus and could be trusted to carry the message no matter how difficult it would have been.

When you are on a journey to fulfill a God-ordained Purpose and Vision, the path may not always be clear. Fear, critics, and fatigue will tempt us to settle. Take heart! You are God’s, you’re on His path, and He will provide and protect. Your job is to obey.

P.S. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your path straight. – Proverbs 3:5-6

Where do you begin to doubt?
How is doubt in that area effecting you and others around you?
Is your doubt driven by your perception, fear or a reality?
In the Christmas Season, “Believe” becomes a big topic, But for Purpose-Driven Leaders, the battle between belief and unbelief is constant, and that often times becomes an excuse to settle. As you look back at the year and forward to the next, identify your doubt and ask the Lord to remove it so all things are possible.
I pray that the Lord blesses us all with the gift of courageous faith as we move to the next leg of the journey.

Are You Hoping…
That He will use you and your team?
That He will bring the right people?
That He will provide the right resources?
That He will use your wounds?
That He will provide the Way?
Keyword: HE. He will do all those things.
Make sure your hope and confidence are in HIM, not in yourself or others. That Hope will not fail.
Never Settle,

Moses and Abraham both spoke directly with God to intervene on their people’s behalf. In both situations God provided answers and even altered his punishment on them – based on the conversation. Both Abraham and Moses clearly had a strong working relationship with the Lord, one that allowed them to communicate and ask confidently.

Other versions use the phrase, “take courage,” “take great joy,” and “take peace,” when life’s storms hit because I (Christ) have overcome the world.
It’s a promise. Count on it. Storms and trials of many kinds will be in our path, but the harvest that is gained, the renewed relationship with the Lord and the increase of capacity is worth it! If you are in the midst of a great storm, dig into “the Word” and reach out for guidance. Focus on the light, not the storm.

People in our world are desperate for something worth fighting for! If you are Purpose-Driven leader take a stand. Stop “creating jobs” and start developing warriors. Connect the people in your organization to the passion that drives you to “risk it all” and engage the lion chaser within each of them!
